Me!

Who Am I?
I'm Vikas Jayaram and am totally into music and computers. Now, I know the band Bonjovi hit the highs way back when I was just two or three, but as they say Music never dies! Besides Bon Jovi, I basically like all genres of music form hip hop to techno! But if I had to chose a band among all the trillion bands that I listen to, buy, download, I would pick Bon Jovi without a compromise!

Me n' Jovi
The first song that I heard of Bon Jovi, or rather the song that made me fall for the band was "You Give Love A Bad Name". My brother had seen this song on TV and he was telling me about this great rock n roll song. At that time I was just sneaking into the doors of rock n roll, I used to buy the greatest hits tapes of bands like bon Jovi , def leppard, but rarely listen to 'em..Until of course my brother told me about this song he had heard. So I picked up the tape I had of Bon Jovi called "Crossroad" and searched for the song which had the words "You give love" in it ...and there it was...on side B, the first one on side B. Little did I know when I was about to play that song, that I would begin to practically worship this band!

So the stage was set, the stereo was on, nobody was home, and   we turned the sound real high. The tape was to be rewound and then...I press the 'play' button. As the song began, the heat was on and we could feel it and we could smell it The moment the guitar starts hittin real hard me and my brother were jumping like two people gone insane. And from that time on , as they say the rest is history! I went out in the following months and bought every tape Bon Jovi have ever released! And now after a year and a half after my Bon Jovi-fication, I felt it was only right that I dedicate a web site to the band! This web site is the least I can do for a band that I absolutely adore!

Jovi Dreamz
Of the many dreams that are in life, the one which I really want to come true is the one that has Bon Jovi in it. Just once in a lifetime, well at least once in a lifetime, I would want to be in a Bon Jovi- Greatest hits concerts. Unfortunately for me, I live in India, a place in south east Asia where I don't think the band is planning a tour in the foreseeable future. So hopefully, I would be able to get myself outta this place real soon, and then go to my first ever Bon Jovi Concert!

My second part of the Bon Jovi dream would be to visit New Jersey, Perth Amboy, the place where it all started and if possible take a peep at all the places Bon Jovi had been to before they became so big!

If I met Jovi in person.. talk about dreams and this one just might be the lord of all of them! Absolutely nothing in my life would compare to meeting the band in person...nothing!

About the words I would say, well probably my first words would be "!@$EWRwerihrewou"!! But after that I would just hold my heart and say " I may not be your number one fan, but you guys are definitely number one to me...always!"
